Ramon, an experienced real estate professional, brings extensive expertise and a proven track record to the Iris Group. With over a decade in the industry, he has excelled in building strong relationships, supporting community growth, and leading successful real estate projects.

Ramon previously served as Senior Vice President for a nonprofit organization focused on affordable housing, where he oversaw a program in Mueller and facilitated the successful closing of over 500 homes. His affordable housing expertise also includes leadership roles at two other nonprofits, where he managed homeownership programs and optimized operations.

Before his nonprofit work, Ramon held key roles at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and the City of Austin's Housing Finance Corporation, where he developed strategies to increase homeownership among diverse communities. His understanding of the housing market is further enriched by his experience with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.

Ramon’s dedication to excellence is reflected in his strong educational background. He holds a B.B.A. in Finance with a focus on Real Estate from Angelo State University and a Texas Lending License from the National Mortgage Licensing System®.
